Visa Application Fees All dependants are charged the same fee as the main applicant. All dependants, including children, who are travelling to the United Kingdom must pay the fee. The visa application fee reflects the administrative costs of processing a visa application and is not refundable if your application is refused or withdrawn. If a payment has been made and the visa application is not submitted or if the applicant does not provide biometric details with their application, then we will refund the fee. How to pay Visa application fees must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah in cash only and may be paid at the visa application centre. Your visa application fees can also be paid at certain standard chartered bank branches in Jakarta (Kebon Jeruk, Kelapa Gading, Kemang, Pondok Indah and Sudirman) Service charges do not apply. Fees paid at Standard Chartered Banks are valid for 30 days provided your visa application is submitted within this period. Please bring your receipt from the Standard Chartered Bank to the visa application centre when you submit your visa application as proof of payment. The rate of exchange is £1 GBP = IDR 15,000.
