You should normally apply at the VFS visa application centre in
the country in which you are documented as being resident. Please
contact VFS if you have any doubts as to where to make your application.

Telephone enquiries
If you have any questions or require information about the
visa application procedure you can telephone the VFS helpline,
using the numbers below. VFS helpline staff provide information
in Bahasa Indonesian or English. The service is available from
08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00 Mondays to Fridays (except public
holidays).

are charged at local or STD rates depending on your location)

The tracking application service is free.
Email enquiries
You can also email VFS free of charge if you have any questions
or require information about the visa application procedure. VFS
staff are able to answer email enquiries in Bahasa Indonesian
and English. VFS will reply to enquiries within 2 working days.

Security
For security reasons the following items will not be permitted
inside the visa application centre or stored in the premises.
- All battery operated or electronic gadgets such as cameras,
audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3's, floppies, laptops,
or portable music players.
- All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases,
leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic
bag containing your visa application papers would be permitted.
o Sealed envelopes or packages.
- Any inflammable item such as matchboxes, lighters, fuel.
o Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
- Weapon or weapon like objects or explosive material of
any kind.
Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.
Please note: The visa application centre is unable to
store prohibited items. Applicants should make other arrangements
to store their belongings before they enter the visa application
centre.

The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy and the UK Visa Application
Centre in Jakarta will be closed on the following dates:
