- Document Checklists
The document checklists below are provided by the UK Border Agency
at the British Consulate General in Jakarta. The checklists have
been designed to help you prepare your visa application. The checklists
do not give a definitive list of the documents you should provide
and submitting these documents does not guarantee that you will
be issued a visa. There may be other documents which we have not
listed that would be useful in supporting your visa application.
Notice to applicants
You are required to sign a declaration on your application form
confirming that the information you provide is complete and true,
and that the photograph you provide is a true likeness.
Please check that you have answered the questions on the application
form completely and accurately, and that the documents you provide
as evidence are genuine. Applicants who lie, use false information
or documents, or withhold relevant information, will be automatically
refused and may be banned from UK travel for up to 10 years.
Examples:
• Failure to disclose a visa refusal by the UK or another
country
• Use of a false document
• False or misleading information
