VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.
The call centre cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the

If you have any questions or require information about the visa application procedure you can telephone the VFS helpline, using the numbers below. VFS helpline staff provide information in Bahasa Indonesian and English. The service is available from 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00 Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

Email enquiries
You can also email VFS free of charge if you have any questions or require information about the visa application procedure. VFS staff are able to answer email enquiries in Bahasa Indonesian and English. VFS will reply to enquiries within 2 working days.
